What you are actually buying
VOCOIPTV is a television subscription delivered down the same broadband line that already serves the house. It reaches you through an app installed on a screen already in the house, and behind that app sit 120,000+ films and box sets to start when you choose, 25,000+ channels broadcasting live, and material originating in 60+ countries.
Nothing is delivered to your door. No dish goes on the wall, no cable is pulled through a floor, and nobody comes to the house. What you receive after paying is a message containing three lines of text: a server address, a username and a password. Those three lines are the entire product. Everything else on this site exists to get them typed into the right box on whatever screen you watch.
The rule the rest of this site is written under
Most pages selling this kind of service are written to sound impressive. They lean on acronyms, quote figures nobody can check, and leave the reader to work out the difference between a playlist and a player. That is fine if somebody in your family already knows all of it. This site assumes nobody does.
So there is a rule, applied to every page, every guide and every answer sent back on WhatsApp. A term is explained in the sentence it first turns up in, not in a glossary you have to go and find. An M3U playlist is a single web address carrying a whole channel list; an EPG is the on-screen grid of what is on now and next. Menus are named the way the device names them. Steps carry one instruction each, because two instructions in a sentence is how people lose their place in front of a television at nine in the evening. It is why the guides here run long. Two extra sentences cost us less than answering the same question eleven times, and they save you a call you did not want to make.
A short list of words kept off these pages
Five of them, and they are always the same five: “simply”, “just”, “easy”, “obviously” and “do not worry”. Every one is a signal that the writer has stopped describing the step. The step becomes something you are expected to find self-evident, and when it then does not work, the reader is left to conclude that the fault is theirs.
The replacement is always the concrete thing. Not press the usual button, but press the button marked Home, at the bottom left of the remote. Not it takes no time at all, but it takes about ten minutes and the slow part is typing a password. You are an adult who has not used this particular product before. That is the only assumption made about you here.
Three lists worth separating
What we do. We run streaming servers across Europe and North America, balanced so no single machine carries an evening on its own, against a 99.9% uptime target, with headroom held back for the hours when everyone arrives at once. We carry the main channels in 4K, FHD and HD so a slower connection has somewhere to drop to rather than stopping. We issue your login, we answer the WhatsApp line, and we write and re-check every guide here.
What falls to you. The screen, the app on it, and the connection into your building. A box sitting two rooms from the router is a problem for as long as it stays there, and no server of ours can reach into the house and fix it. This is why support here tends to start by asking about your router rather than apologizing about ours.
What nobody can do. Nobody can promise one particular channel at one particular address on one particular evening, because line-ups move. Nobody can make a 4K feed work on a connection that cannot carry it. And nobody, ourselves included, can say in advance how a television you have not described will behave.
Nothing here renews by itself
No card is kept on file, because none is ever taken. You pay for a term, the term runs, and on the last day it stops. Want another, you say so; say nothing and nothing is charged. That is the whole of the commercial relationship.
The trial works the same way: 24 hours, no payment details requested, and no account left running afterwards. Paid plans carry 7 days to change your mind, set out in the refund policy with its limits written on the same page as the promise rather than three clicks away.
Who is on the other end of the line
One WhatsApp number, 24/7, in English. No ticket reference, no menu of options, no script to talk your way past. A reply usually comes inside fifteen minutes, and the thread keeps its history, so the instructions you were given in June are still sitting above the question you ask in November. We will not print a headcount. The honest version is that it is small enough that you will often reach the same person twice, which is the part that matters when something breaks on a Sunday.
What we do not claim
- We are not licensed, endorsed or authorized by any broadcaster, studio or league, and we do not describe ourselves as official. Any service that tells you otherwise is telling you something it cannot back up.
- There are no reviews, star ratings or subscriber totals here, because we have none to show you. Should that change, they will appear somewhere you can read them without taking our word for anything.
- We publish no tests of other providers. No lab, no comparison table built from equipment we never had. Where a page gives an opinion, it is written as an opinion.
- We will not explain how to work past a restriction that a network, an internet provider or a country has chosen to apply. Where a VPN is mentioned on this site at all, the subject is privacy on public Wi-Fi and nothing beyond it.
Checking us before you spend anything
The cheapest test open to you costs nothing and takes a day. Ask for the free trial, put it on the screen you are least confident about, and watch at the hour you normally would. If it holds, the paid account is the same service with a longer date on it. If it does not, you have spent nothing and learned something specific enough to put to whoever you try next. Before even that, you can message and ask whether a particular television, stick or box will work, and you will get a plain answer, including a no where the answer is no.
Where the formal detail lives
VOCOIPTV operates vocoiptv.xyz. The one route to a person is WhatsApp on +212 663 813 479. Everything administrative sits in the footer of every page: what a subscription includes and where our responsibility ends is in the terms and conditions, and rights holders are directed to the agent named on the DMCA page.
Still deciding? Ask before you pay.
Send us a message and a person replies. Tell us what television or box you have and we will say plainly whether it will work, before any money changes hands.
