VOCOIPTV – Live television explained in plain English, set up by you

Setup Guides You Can Follow Without Calling Anyone

Thirteen walkthroughs: eight for the kind of screen you have, five for the players that run on it. Each one names the menus the way your device labels them, in the order you meet them.

A player is an app. That is the whole of it: a small program you install on whatever you watch on, be that the television itself, a stick behind it, a set-top box, a tablet or a laptop, and it is what turns a subscription into channels. We do not make one and we do not mind which you use. Put on whichever the guide for your device suggests, and if it irritates you a month later, put on a different one. The subscription does not notice.

What you type into that player is the same three things every time: a server address, which is a web address with a port number on the end and looks like http://example.com:8080; a username; and a password. All three arrive in the WhatsApp chat once you have ordered. They belong to your account rather than to any one device, which is why the first television takes about ten minutes and the fourth screen takes two.

What the player does once you have typed them in

It fetches two things on its own. The first is the channel list. The second is the guide, meaning the on-screen grid of what is on now and what follows, which apps label EPG, short for electronic program guide. Neither is anything you assemble. The first fetch takes a minute or two and both refresh quietly afterwards. Once rows of channel names fill the screen, the setup is over.

If you are starting from the hardware

Eight guides, one per kind of screen. Match the platform rather than the model number: every Samsung television built since 2016 takes apps from the same store, so the Samsung guide holds whether the set is eight years old or eight weeks.

If you would rather start from the app

Five guides for the players themselves, including the two login formats underneath them. The shorter route when you have done this before and only want the same app on a new screen.

Putting it back the way it was

Every guide on this site eventually asks you to change a setting, and the reasonable worry is what happens if the change makes things worse. Three things are worth knowing before you touch anything.

Write down what you are about to alter and what it said before. One line on a scrap of paper. That single habit turns a bad evening into a thirty-second reversal, and it is the reason support asks what you changed rather than guessing.

Nothing you do inside a player can shorten, cancel or damage the subscription. The player is a window; the account lives on the server. Deleting the app, resetting the television to factory settings, even throwing the stick away, leaves the account untouched: you sign in again with the same three values and it all comes back.

What does not come back is the arranging you did inside the app. Favorites, hidden categories and channel order live on that device and go with it, so on a screen you spent an hour tidying, treat a reinstall as the last resort and ask on WhatsApp before it.

When the guide does not match what is in front of you

Manufacturers rename menus between software versions, and an update can move a button to another tab overnight. Where the words on your screen differ from the words in the guide, look for the function rather than the label: the place playlists or accounts are listed, the section called settings or profile, the item mentioning decoding or playback. The order of operations holds even when the vocabulary drifts. If that does not close the gap, stop and photograph the screen for the WhatsApp number. We would rather correct the guide than have you work around it quietly.

Still deciding? Ask before you pay.

Send us a message and a person replies. Tell us what television or box you have and we will say plainly whether it will work, before any money changes hands.

IPTV setup FAQ

What happens during setup, from start to finish?

Four things, in this order. Install a player on the screen you watch. Open it and choose the option called Xtream Codes, which is the login format we issue. Type in a server address, a username and a password. The player then pulls down the channel list and the schedule by itself, and the first channel plays.

Do I need to buy anything besides the subscription?

In most homes, no. A television made in the last eight years, a streaming stick, a small box, a phone or a laptop will do, and the players are free or cost a few dollars once. Nothing is delivered and nobody visits. The one thing to check is the connection: roughly 10 Mbps holds a high-definition channel and 25 Mbps holds a 4K one.

Which player is the right one to begin with?

Unless the guide for your device says otherwise, IPTV Smarters Pro. It runs on every platform listed here, costs nothing, and asks for little beyond the three values we send. If you later want a schedule you can scroll the way a cable box shows it, move to TiViMate on Android hardware. Your login works in both, so changing your mind costs a download.

What if I stop halfway through and cannot work out the next step?

Take a photograph of the television with your phone and send it to the WhatsApp number, saying what the device is. A photograph of the actual screen settles in one message what a description of it takes five to establish. Someone will tell you which button to press while you are still standing in front of it.

Can I install it on more than one device?

Install it on as many as you like. What the plan counts is how many screens play at the same moment, not how many carry the app. A one-screen plan can stay signed in on the living room television, a tablet and a phone, and will play on one of the three at a time.
