A VOCOIPTV subscription is three lines of text you type into an app on a screen you already own. Behind them sit 25,000+ live channels plus 120,000+ films and series on demand. A month starts at $15, a free 24-hour account lets you test it beforehand, and 7 days afterwards cover you changing your mind.
What you are actually buying
What am I actually buying?
A login, and nothing physical. Once you have paid, a WhatsApp message arrives carrying three lines of text: a web address, a username and a password. You put a free app on a screen you already own, type those three lines into it once, and the app fills with 25,000+ live channels and a library of 120,000+ films and series. No box, no dish, no engineer, nothing fixed to a wall.
Does anything arrive in the post?
Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to wait in for and nothing to send back later. The whole subscription is those three lines of text. That cuts the other way too: on the day you decide to stop, no equipment is sitting in a cupboard and no contract has to be unwound. The login stops opening, and that is the end of it.
Will it run on the television I already own?
In most homes, yes. A Samsung or LG set made in 2016 or later runs it on the television alone, with no extra hardware. Any Fire TV Stick works, as does an Apple TV, an Android TV set or box, a Roku, a Windows laptop, a Mac, an iPhone or an iPad. MAG and Formuler boxes, which are built for this kind of service, work too. An older television needs a $30 stick in a spare HDMI socket.
What does a subscription cost?
$15 buys a month with one screen playing at a time. Stretch the same thing to a year and it is $69, or $5.75 a month, because a year paid up front costs us less to run than twelve separate transactions. Where more screens will be on at once, a year is $119 at two, $159 at three, $239 at five. All sixteen combinations sit on the pricing page.
Will it take the money again next month?
No. There is no standing order, no automatic renewal, and no card number stored anywhere here, because we never take one to store. You pay for a block of time. When that block runs out the login stops working and a message asks whether you want another one. Doing nothing is a perfectly valid answer to that message, and nothing happens if you ignore it.
How long before something is on the screen?
Under 15 minutes is the normal case, and most of that is you installing an app. Paying, receiving the login and reaching the first channel all happen inside one WhatsApp conversation, at whatever hour suits you. Nothing goes in the post, nobody books a visit, and no application waits overnight for approval. If the app is already on the television, the three lines take about a minute to type.
What is actually on it?
Start where cable used to: the US networks, the British and Canadian ones, rolling news, children's channels and the sports tiers. Behind those sit packages from around 60 countries, which is the part that matters if the language you want is not English. Then there is the on-demand side, where films and box sets are picked from a menu rather than waited for. The channel list page shows the shape of it.
Can I watch live sport and pay-per-view?
Yes, and it is the part worth testing before you spend anything, because sport is the one moment when every customer wants the same channel at the same second. The NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL are carried, as are the Premier League, the Champions League, UFC cards and boxing pay-per-view. Big nights usually run a 4K feed beside an HD copy of the same channel, and the HD copy is what you switch to if the picture wobbles.
What does my internet connection have to do?
Around 10 Mbps holds an HD channel and 25 Mbps holds a 4K one, but the figure on your bill is not the figure that decides it. A line that never drops below 30 Mbps behaves better than one averaging 200 that stalls for two seconds every few minutes. Test it on the evening you would normally be watching, not on a quiet weekday morning. Some connections will not carry this at all, and the free 24 hours exist so that you find that out before you pay.
How many screens can be playing at once?
As many as the tier you chose: one, two, three or five. That counts screens playing at the same moment, not screens the app is installed on, so put it on every device in the house if you want to. A phone in one room and the main television in another, both playing, count as two of them. Guess low and regret it and the tier can be raised later without the term starting again.
Is VOCOIPTV official?
No, and be careful with anyone in this market who tells you otherwise. We are not a broadcaster. We hold no license from one, and we are not endorsed by the networks whose channels appear in the list. What we sell is access to a server that carries those channels. Whether that is a thing you want to buy is your call to make, and you can only make it properly if somebody states the position plainly rather than dressing it up.
What if I change my mind after paying?
You have 7 days, counted from the moment the login is switched on. Message the WhatsApp number and say you want the money back. We will offer to look at the problem first, because a good share of these turn out to be one setting on one device, but if you would still rather have the refund than the fix, you get the refund in full. The refund policy page carries the exact wording.
Money, and what happens to it
What is the smallest amount I can spend?
$15, which is one month with one screen playing at a time. Nothing is added on top: no joining fee, no deposit, no charge for switching the account on. If you would rather spend nothing at all before deciding, ask for the 24-hour trial first. That is a full working account rather than a sample, so it answers the question properly.
Why is a year so much cheaper than paying monthly?
Because twelve separate months at $15 add up to $180, and the year is $69. The gap is $111, the largest single saving anywhere on the price list. The caveat belongs before the number, though: $111 is only a saving if you are still watching in month nine. Nobody can tell you that in week one, which is why a single month at $15 is the cheaper way to find out.
What do the four columns mean?
They are not quality tiers, which is the assumption most people arrive with. Every column opens the identical channel list, the identical on-demand library and the identical 4K feeds. One at a time, Two at a time, Three at a time and Five at a time change exactly one thing: how many screens can play different programs at the same moment. A single viewer on the $239 plan would see nothing the $69 plan does not give them.
Is anything added at the end?
The figure on the card is the figure you pay. No installation charge, no activation charge, no handling fee, no contract with a notice period buried in it. Use that as a test on any provider, not only this one: if the price moves between the web page and the chat window, that is the moment to close the chat window.
How do I pay?
The methods available are set out in the WhatsApp conversation once you say which plan you want, because what works depends on where in the world you are. One rule holds whoever you are buying from, us included: never type a long card number into a chat window as plain text. If somebody asks you to, stop there and go no further.
Do you keep my card details on file?
There is nothing to keep. No card is held against your name, because there is no billing account in the ordinary sense. You buy a block of time and, when that block runs out, nothing tries to collect money for the next one. What we hold is the login itself and the WhatsApp thread the order happened in. Canceling is therefore not a thing you have to do.
What does the cheapest plan leave out?
Nothing, which does catch people out, since most services keep the better half of the catalog behind a higher price. Put the $15 plan next to the $239 one: the channel list is identical, all 120,000+ on-demand titles are there on both, the 4K feeds are there on both, and the support line is the same line. Two dials exist on this service and picture quality is neither of them. They are how long the term runs, and how many screens play at once.
Why pay at all when free playlists exist?
A free playlist is a list somebody scraped and posted for several thousand strangers to hit at the same time. It works on a Tuesday morning and dies at kick-off, it carries no program guide, and when it stops there is nobody to tell. The sites handing them out are also a well-worn route for software you would not knowingly install. $15 buys the version that is still working on Saturday night.
Someone is selling a year for $20. What is wrong with it?
Servers, bandwidth and people who answer messages cost money every month of that year, so $20 is not paying for them. Something else is, and the usual something else is that the seller does not expect to still be trading when your twelve months are up. There is no exact floor price in this market, but it sits a long way above $20.
Can I add screens partway through?
Yes, and the term does not restart when you do. Message us, say how many screens you want playing at once, and we charge the difference for the days that are left rather than a fresh full price. Your login does not change, so nothing has to be retyped on any device that is already working.
Do I have to buy anything else?
Often nothing at all. A Samsung or LG television from 2016 onward, a Fire TV Stick, an Apple TV, an Android TV box or a laptop already in the house all cover it. Where the house genuinely holds none of those, the sensible purchase is a Fire TV Stick, which costs somewhere between $30 and $50. A Formuler or MAG box is $120 to $180, earns that on a main television, and is hard to justify on a spare one.
Do I pay extra for 4K?
It is in all sixteen combinations, so there is no upgrade to buy and no premium row on the table. Two things have to be true at your end for it to show, though: a 4K television, and a connection with room to spare on a busy evening. Where a 4K feed exists, an HD copy of the same channel usually sits beside it in the list, which is what you drop to if the line is under pressure.
Month or year, on a first purchase?
Month, if you are asking us. The $111 a year saves is real money, but it is money handed over for a service you have watched for an hour. Take the free 24 hours, then one month at $15, and run it through a weekend when everybody in the house is using the television. If it holds up, the year is still there in four weeks at the same price.
How does a refund actually work?
A WhatsApp message inside 7 days of the login being switched on. No form, no reference number, no queue. We will ask what happened and offer a fix if there is an obvious one, then send the money back if you still want it back. What 7 days cannot stretch to is a term most of the way through: if you are eleven months into a year and have gone off it, that is a decision not to buy the next one rather than a refund.
The free 24 hours
What is the free trial, exactly?
A real account that works for 24 hours and then stops. It is not a preview reel and not a shortened channel list: the same 25,000+ channels, the same film library, the same program guide and the same 4K feeds a paying subscriber has. It ends by itself at the 24-hour mark. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing was ever started.
Do you need my card for it?
No card, no billing address, no account to create. You message the WhatsApp number, or fill in the short form on the free trial page, and the login comes back the same way. Nobody can charge you for something they hold no payment details for, which is the whole reason it is arranged this way round.
How soon does the trial arrive?
Usually a few minutes, occasionally longer at four in the morning, because each one is made by a person rather than issued by a script. That trade is worth making: the same person is still in the chat afterwards and can walk through the app with you on whichever screen you are setting up, which a script cannot do.
When is the right time to test it?
On the evening you would genuinely be watching, with whoever else uses the television at home. Sunday at nine tells you something real. Wednesday at eleven in the morning tells you almost nothing, because every provider alive looks quick when its servers are nearly empty. If sport is the reason you are here, spend the 24 hours on a fixture that matters to you rather than on a quiet channel.
What should I have ready before I ask for one?
Two things. Know which screen it is going on, meaning the make of the television or which stick or box is plugged into the back of it, because that decides which app you install. And keep 15 minutes clear where nobody needs the television. The 24 hours start counting when the login is created, not when you first open the app, so there is no advantage in asking early and setting up later.
Can I have a second trial?
Normally one per household. The trial is there to answer whether this works on your equipment and your connection, not to be free television on rotation. Where the 24 hours were lost to something at our end, or to a device that turned out to need a different app from the one first suggested, tell us what happened and another is usually opened without argument.
Getting it onto a screen
What do I type in, and where does it go?
Open the app you installed and look for the option called Xtream Codes login, which some apps word as Login with Xtream Codes API. It gives you three empty boxes. Into them go the web address, the username and the password from the WhatsApp message, in that order. Press done and wait while the channel list downloads itself, which takes a minute or two the first time. The guide fills in behind it. The setup hub has the same steps written out screen by screen for each device.
Which app should I install?
Two are worth knowing about. IPTV Smarters Pro is free and has the least to learn, which makes it the right first install on almost anything. TiViMate is the better long-term choice on a television: the guide is laid out like a cable listing and two channels can sit side by side, though the full version asks for a one-off payment. On a Samsung or LG with no box underneath it, the store built into the television carries IPTV Smarters and Smart IPTV.
There is no box in the house at all. What is the least I can spend?
Around $30 to $50 for a Fire TV Stick, which pushes into a spare HDMI socket on the television and needs a plug for power. That is the entire shopping list. The Nvidia Shield is the fastest thing you can put under a television and the Formuler Z11 is purpose-built for services like this one, but neither is needed to find out whether you want the subscription in the first place.
I changed a setting and now nothing plays. Can I put it back?
Yes, and nothing permanent has been broken. Your subscription lives on our server, not inside the app, so the account cannot be damaged by anything you press on your own television. The worst case is deleting the app, installing it again and typing the same three lines back in, which puts you exactly where you were. Before going that far, close the app completely and reopen it: a fair number of blank screens are an app holding on to an old copy of the channel list.
What is worth checking before I message you?
Four things, in this order, and they take about two minutes between them. Is another device on the same connection already playing something, putting you over your screen count. Does a different channel work, since one dead channel and a dead account are separate problems. Does it play on your phone over mobile data, which tells you whether the issue is the house or the service. And has the term run out on its own. Message us with whichever of the four you got through and we start from there instead of from the beginning.
Is Netflix part of this?
No, and no IPTV service includes it, because Netflix sells only to Netflix. What sits in the on-demand section of your app is a separate library of 120,000+ films and series, and it does hold a good many titles people would otherwise go to Netflix, Prime or Disney+ for. If there is one particular series you would be buying this for, ask on WhatsApp before you pay and you will get a straight yes or no.
Legality, privacy and what we are not
Is VOCOIPTV legal?
We are not going to tell you that it is, because that is not ours to certify and you should distrust any seller who does. Here is what is true, in two parts. The delivery method is ordinary internet streaming, the same pipe Hulu and YouTube TV come down, and there is nothing unlawful about the technology itself. Separately, we are not a broadcaster and hold no license from one. Both facts are real and the second is the one worth sitting with. The article on legality walks through it at length so the decision stays yours.
Could I get in trouble for watching?
The pattern in reported cases is that enforcement goes after the people operating and selling services rather than the people watching them. In parts of the UK and Europe some viewers have received warning letters and a small number have been fined. We are not lawyers and none of this is legal advice; it is what has been publicly reported. If the answer weighs on you, weigh it before you spend anything rather than after.
What do you know about me?
A WhatsApp number, and whatever you chose to type into the chat. No home address is requested, no date of birth, no email. Nothing about what you watch is reported back to you or anyone else. If you are setting this up on shared or public Wi-Fi, in a hotel or a rented flat or a coffee shop, running a VPN is a sensible habit on that network for the same reason it is a sensible habit for online banking there: other people are on the same connection.
Are these apps safe to install?
The apps named across this site are the mainstream ones, and every one of them should come from your device's own store or from the app maker's own site. Take them from nowhere else. The real hazard in this corner of the internet is not the players; it is the sites advertising free channel lists that hand you an installer alongside the list. Download nothing from those. And if a link ever reaches you claiming to be from us but it did not arrive in your existing WhatsApp thread, it is not from us.
Selling it to other people
Can I sell this to other people?
Yes, through the reseller panel rather than by passing your own login around. A single login used in two houses hits its screen limit and irritates both households, so it is not a shortcut. The panel is a web page where you create an account for each customer, set how long it runs and renew it when it expires. The reseller page sets out how the arrangement works.
What is a credit?
A credit is a unit you spend out of a balance to open or extend one customer account. Longer subscriptions cost more credits than shorter ones, and you buy the credits in batches before you sell anything. What you charge your own customers is entirely your decision. The price you pay for credits and the price you sell at are two separate numbers, and we make no claim about what the distance between them will be for you.
How do I start?
Send the word reseller to the WhatsApp number. We go through the credit packs with you, open a panel login the same day, and hand over the setup guides so you can pass those to your own customers instead of writing them yourself. There is no server to rent and nothing to install on your side.
Still deciding? Ask before you pay.
Send us a message and a person replies. Tell us what television or box you have and we will say plainly whether it will work, before any money changes hands.
