The free trial form
It has three boxes. Email, which is where the trial details are sent if the conversation does not continue on WhatsApp. Your device, a menu of televisions, sticks and boxes, so that we open the right walkthrough before you ask. WhatsApp number, marked optional, which is a way of reaching you if the message never arrives.
Pressing the button does two things: it opens WhatsApp with those answers written into the message ready for you to send, and it keeps a copy inside this website where the people who answer messages can see it. The copy is private to the administration area and is never published.
The contact form
Four boxes: your name, an email address marked optional, a topic chosen from a menu, and the message itself. The same two things happen. The message is copied into the website, and WhatsApp opens with your question already typed so you are not retelling it.
The one thing you do not type
The address your internet connection is using at that moment, which every website on the internet is handed whether or not it wants it. Ours is used for two narrow purposes: filtering out the automated junk that arrives at any form, and refusing more than five submissions from the same address in one hour. It is stored alongside the message and goes when the message goes.
The WhatsApp conversation
Once the chat opens we can see the name on your WhatsApp profile and the number it belongs to, plus whatever you choose to write. That thread lives inside WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under their rules rather than ours. We keep our side of it while you are a customer. You can delete your side whenever you like, and doing so does not affect your subscription.
Paying
A card number never reaches us. Payment runs through whichever provider you pick in the chat, and they hold whatever they hold. We keep nothing that could be used to take money again, which is the same reason a VOCOIPTV plan cannot renew itself.
The account on the streaming server
A username, a password, the plan you took, how many screens it allows and the two dates it runs between. Alongside that sits the record any streaming server keeps: which server answered you and at what time. It is what tells us whether a fault is at your end or ours when you write in.
What is not here at all
No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no social tracking script and no third-party fonts calling home. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
The web server keeps an ordinary access log, a line per request naming the page asked for and the address that asked for it. That is how servers work everywhere. Nobody reads ours unless something has broken.
We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell or rent anything about you, and we have never handed a customer record to an advertiser or a data broker.
The day each thing is deleted
Form messages: a task runs once a day and permanently removes every message older than 90 days. It is not a promise to get round to it. It is a scheduled job, and it deletes rather than archives.
Account records: held while the plan runs and for 12 months after it ends, so that coming back means the same login rather than a fresh start. After that they go.
The WhatsApp thread: it sits in WhatsApp for as long as either of us keeps it.
Asking what is held under your name
Message WhatsApp +212 663 813 479 with the email address or the username you used, and say whether you want to see the record, correct it or have it removed. We answer within 30 days and in practice the same day.
Where it sits and who can open it
Everything between your browser and this site travels over an encrypted connection. The records sit on a server that only the people who answer messages can sign in to. Your own login details are sent to you in the WhatsApp thread: leave them there rather than posting them into a forum or a group chat, because anyone holding them can watch on your subscription.
To read, correct or delete what is held under your name, message WhatsApp +212 663 813 479 with the email address or username you used, or write from the contact page.
